Your journey to a brighter career begins here, with Dentakay.Position: Data reporting Analyst  – Sales DepartmentLocation: Dentakay Main Office, İstanbul - Bahçelievler - Nish İstanbul ResidenceResponsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from Zoho CRM and other internal systems to ensure accuracy, 2-completeness, and consistency.Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports tracking key metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales funnel progress, agent performance, and revenue by market.Design and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review, ensuring timely delivery of insights.Monitor data quality within Zoho CRM, identify missing or incorrect entries, and coordinate with team leaders to maintain high data integrity.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in data analysis or sales reporting (preferably in healthcare, tourism, or service sectors).Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM (especially analytics, reports, and automation modules).Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or Tableau).Attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to data validation.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — able to turn numbers into stories and recommendations.Fluent in English (Turkish or French/Arabic is a plus).Know someone at Dentakay?Be sure to have them submit you as a referral prior to applying for this position.
