The use of AI and ML allows for real-time data analysis and decision making, predictive maintenance, and the optimization of production processes. We collaborate with the business teams to harness the full potential of Industry 4.0 - Real-time control, IoT, Big Data and Analytics, Automation and Artificial Intelligence to support “Smart Factory” initiative, to make better decision and maximize operational excellence.About The Role - You WillDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as TableauConduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the dataEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and analyticsWork closely with the data engineering and analytics teams to gather, clean, and prepare data for visualizationDesign, develop, and implement AI agents to automate complex tasks and enhance factory intelligenceAbout YouFamiliar and well versed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related disciplineFlexible and adaptive in learning new technologies and toolsProficient in SQL for data manipulation and extractionPassionate about big data, statistics, data management, data processing, data testing, data governance or analysisExperience with Generative AI frameworks and tools (such as Llama, LLMs, RAG)Your Experience IncludesKnowledge in analytics, reporting, or business intelligenceExperience in analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insightsUnderstanding of data visualization best practices and principlesExperience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server developmentExperience developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models and GenAI solutions using open-source tools and prompt engineering techniquesLocation:Our Penang office is located in Suntech at Cybercity, easily accessible via public transportation and offering ample free on-site parking.
