Data Research & Insights Internship

We’re looking for a curious and analytical intern to join our team as a Data Research & Insights Intern. In this role, you’ll help us search, identify, and interpret information and data relevant to our work and the wider startup ecosystem.You’ll be responsible for gathering and processing data from both public sources and internal databases, analysing findings, and helping us turn insights into meaningful understanding. The data will mainly relate to the startup and investment ecosystem, but your work may also include qualitative research, such as gathering insights through interviews.The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or a student nearing the end of their studies in fields such as data science, statistics, business analytics, entrepreneurship, or economics. Most importantly, you’re curious and analytical by nature and eager to learn as you go.Your work will directly support our strategic projects and communications by bringing clarity and evidence to how the Finnish and international startup ecosystems are evolving.RequirementsDegree in a relevant field or close to graduationExperience in researching, interpreting, and processing dataWorking proficiency in English (Finnish not required)Familiarity with data tools such as Google Sheets or ExcelA self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and ownershipDetail-oriented, with a knack for turning numbers into insightsUnderstanding of the Finnish startup ecosystem is a plusDetailsDuration: 3 months (starting December 2025)Working time: Full-timeCompensation: €1,500/monthLocation: Maria 01 campus, HelsinkiApplication deadline: 21.11.2025 Please note that applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the position will be filled once the right candidate is found.
