This role blends leadership, machine-learning expertise, and business acumen to transform complex data into compelling intelligence that drives measurable impact.Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver end-to-end data solutions • Oversee design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and analytical frameworks • Translate business challenges into data-driven opportunities through stakeholder collaboration • Ensure data quality, governance, and scalable modelling practices • Present analytical outcomes to senior leadership with clear recommendations • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and methodologies • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery execution • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and ethical AI adoptionSkills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit-learn • Strong grounding in statistical methods, MLOps, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Excellent leadership and stakeholder-communication abilities • Ability to translate complex analysis into business-friendly insights • Familiarity with compliance and responsible-AI considerationsPreferred Experience • Successful delivery of commercial ML solutions at scale • Background in managing cross-functional data teams • Experience developing predictive models, optimization algorithms, or recommendation systems • Knowledge of strategic planning and budget oversight for data initiatives
