Improving operational efficiency and creating new value through the planning and execution of AI projects. Building and optimizing a data infrastructure that can be used across FinTech.PositionWhy We HireWe are looking for a data scientist to work with us to accelerate the promotion of AI for FinTech services.Position DetailsThe scope of AI applications in FinTech services is wide-ranging, including behavior prediction, scoring, and fraud detection. Data scientists are responsible for contributing to the business by providing the best solutions for these various situations while utilizing tools such as AutoML.In Rakuten's fast-growing FinTech service, you will be able to create added value and realize the impact of AI.Work EnvironmentWe promote projects in collaboration with project managers and members who are primarily responsible for the development of data processing-related systemsMandatory Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, data visualization, or related development. Familiarity with typical machine learning algorithms. Understanding of typical evaluation methods for machine learning models. Programming skills (Python, R, etc.) Knowledge and experience with SQL and databases. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others both inside and outside of the team.Desired Qualifications Experience leading teams of developers and analysts. A keen interest in new technologies and tools.
