This role combines marketing analytics with machine learning, AI, and LLM-driven solutions to understand customer behavior, predict engagement, and inform strategic decisions.The ideal candidate is a strong data scientist with expertise in SQL, Python, AI/ML techniques, and marketing analytics. You are comfortable designing experiments, building predictive models, and using large-scale data to uncover actionable insights that link marketing initiatives to product adoption and business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large datasets (first-party and third-party) to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that drive marketing and product strategies.Develop predictive models, customer segmentation, and recommendation systems to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement.Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting pipelines to track key marketing metrics and model performance.Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, multi-variate testing) and measure the causal impact of campaigns on product usage and customer behavior.Apply AI/LLM solutions for marketing data analysis, including natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, and automated insights generation.Collaborate with marketing managers and product teams to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.Evaluate and implement advanced analytics methods, including multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and predictive analytics to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.Communicate findings through compelling visualizations and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably in a marketing or product-focused environment.Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases; able to write complex, optimized queries on large datasets.Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, or similar) for data analysis, modeling, and AI/ML applications.Experience with AI/LLM tools for data analysis, text mining, and marketing automation is highly desirable.Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and causal inference methods.Experience with marketing analytics and modeling, including attribution models, marketing mix models, and campaign ROI measurement.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguous problems and translate findings into actionable business insights.Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
