By combining deep business and technology expertise with a structured, methodical approach, they consistently deliver sustainable value and impact for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and gather data from relevant sources, automating collection processes where possible.Process and analyze both structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and patterns.Develop predictive models and implement machine learning algorithms.Present insights using effective data visualization techniques.Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to business challenges.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, ideally using agile software development practices.About YouBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data science.Hands-on experience with LLMs and other Generative AI techniques.Strong understanding of applied statistics and machine learning (supervised and unsupervised).Proficient in Python, R, Power BI, Scala and/or SQL, with experience using Jupyter notebooks.Proven ability to evaluate and apply statistical models, including machine learning, optimization, and neural networks.Passionate about transforming business processes, particularly within the Financial Services sector (Banking & Insurance).
