Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science R&D Specialist with a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).The ideal candidate is passionate about cutting-edge AI research and has hands-on experience developing and deploying advanced models. You’ll work closely with our data science and engineering teams to design innovative solutions, prototype new algorithms, and contribute to our long-term AI research roadmap.ResponsibilitiesConduct applied research in LLMs, NLP, and other machine learning domains.Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready systems.Publish findings internally and potentially in peer-reviewed venues or conferences.Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and data science.RequirementsStrong background in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs.Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.Experience with large-scale data pipelines and model optimization.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsPh.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or related field.Research experience in transformer-based architectures, language model fine-tuning, or multimodal AI.Published papers or research contributions in relevant areas (e.g., ACL, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
