Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can turn data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, supply chain, and technology to build scalable models and data solutions that power Lenskart's growth journey.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy machine learning models for personalization, demand forecasting, and business optimization.Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and solve complex business problems.Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate insights into business impact.Build predictive and prescriptive models to optimize decision-making across domains.Design and implement A/B tests to measure the impact of product and marketing initiatives.Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Continuously improve model performance and ensure production-grade deployment in collaboration with engineering teams.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.2-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics.Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hive, AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments is preferred.This job was posted by Sheetal Adavani from Lenskart.com.
