Here, You Will Make An Impact ByCollaborating cross-functionally with domain experts, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements to AI / Machine Learning requirementsExploring, processing, and analyzing diverse healthcare dataTraining, applying and/or evaluating deep learning or LLM models including Agentic AIEnsuring data privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA during model development and deploymentBreaking down complex technical concepts and models into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersYour Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Master's degree or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or related fields or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experienceExperience developing Machine Learning models with Python and libraries like PyTorch, Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn, and TransformersSolid knowledge of statistical conceptsExperience with providing maintainable and reusable code for Agentic AI and Machine Learning applications, including source control with Git, unit testing, and an understanding of CI/CDGood communication skillsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Familiarity with a cloud provider, preferably AWSExperience with solving real-world problems with LLMs and/or Agentic AIProficiency with processing large amounts of data using technologies such as PySparkDemonstrated ability of working in interdisciplinary environmentsWork location: Hybrid (Office in Wroclaw, PL)Please submit your application in English!Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
