Key Responsibilities Work on advanced data analysis to provide insights to different types of users Identify behavioral and attribute based clusters using clustering techniques Conduct predictive analysis to create various “what-if” scenarios to drive organizational planning and marketing strategy Develop & apply algorithms operating on data to solve real life business problems. Be the “go to” person for all statistical modelling/analysis in the organization Educational Qualification: BE/BTech from IIT/NIT/BITS or Post Graduation in Statistics from Premier Institute with 1-3 years of experienceWhat is the nature and scope of responsibilities the candidate should have handled? Strong statistical / Machine Learning knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques Demonstrated capability to provide meaningful and actionable insights based on data analysisStrong communication skills Significant experience in predictive modelling (e.g. Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Ada-Boost). Strong capability of running multivariate regression models using Python/R Ability to conduct cluster analysis on large datasets Good understanding and working experience with multiple data sources High level of comfort with receiving, loading, cleansing, enriching & enhancing transactional data sources Ability to proactively come up with solutions requiring minimal guidance Should be a strong team player & able to work on ambiguous environment with minimal guidanceMust Have Skills : Statistical Modelling, Linear regressionGood To Have: CNN, NLP
