This team collaborates closely with Marketing and various cross-functional groups such as SMB, Job Seeker, Brand, Enterprise, and Global Marketing teams. The primary focus of this role is to utilize advanced data science techniques to optimize marketing strategies, improve measurement frameworks, and enhance overall business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis, with experience deploying solutions at scale in a fast-paced environment. You will work on building models, developing measurement frameworks, and translating complex data insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and user engagement.
