The role involves working with large and complex datasets, building predictive models for pricing, risk assessment, and fraud detection, and partnering with business and technical teams to transform strategic needs into actionable, scalable analytical tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop machine learning and statistical models across various insurance domains.Analyze large, multi-source datasets and extract meaningful insights.Build and maintain predictive tools for pricing, risk evaluation, and fraud detection.Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical solutions.Deploy analytical models into production environments and monitor performance.Research and implement innovative technologies in data science, AI, and big data.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering with an analytics focus.2–5 years of experience in Data Science.Significant advantage: Master's degree , experience in insurance, actuarial domains, or risk management.Technical SkillsProficiency in Python and SQLHands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithmsExperience deploying ML models to production environmentsKnowledge of LLM, NLP, Data Mining and Big Data AnalyticsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) – advantageProfessional SkillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholdersAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsAbility to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
