The RoleAnalyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable patterns.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.Translate business problems into structured data questions and analytical approaches.Evaluate data quality and suggest improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability.Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver relevant analyses.Conduct statistical analysis and build models to support forecasting, segmentation, or performance measurement.Test hypotheses and interpret results to inform strategic and operational decisions.Document analytical methods, assumptions, and findings for transparency and reproducibility.Ideal ProfileYou possess an advanced degree, ideally a PHD, in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.You have at least 7 years of experience, ideally within a Data Scientist role.Strong expertise in Python, R, or similar languages, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Advanced knowledge of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques.Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable data pipelines.Strong SQL and database skills, with experience in data warehousing or cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Proven experience deploying models into production and monitoring performance at scale.What's on Offer?Flexible working optionsOpportunity to make a positive impactGreat work environment
