Job Description

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.5–8+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning (retail, CPG, or e-commerce preferred).Proven success designing production-grade ML models using Databricks on Azure.Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data analysis.Experience with forecasting, demand planning, or price elasticity modeling a plus.Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex models to non-technical audiences.
