Position: SWE Bench – Data Engineer / Data ScientistType: Hourly contractLocation: RemoteCommitment: 20–40 hours/weekRole ResponsibilitiesWork with structured and unstructured datasets to support SWE Bench-style evaluation tasks.Design, build, and validate data pipelines used for benchmarking and evaluation workflows.Perform data processing, analysis, feature preparation, and validation for data science use cases.Write, run, and modify Python code to process datasets and support local experimentation.Evaluate data transformations and outputs for correctness, consistency, and reproducibility.Create clean, reusable, and well-documented workflows suitable for real-world benchmarking.Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and code quality.Collaborate with researchers and engineers to design challenging data engineering and data science tasks for AI systems.RequirementsStrong years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or data-focused Software Engineer.Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering and data science workflows.Practical experience with data processing, analytics, and ML-related workflows.Solid understanding of machine learning and data science fundamentals.Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.Ability to navigate, understand, and modify complex production-style codebases.Strong coding practices with emphasis on readability, maintainability, and documentation.Excellent problem-solving skills, including experience with data-intensive or algorithmic challenges.Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Application ProcessUpload resumeTechnical Interview
