You will work in a Center of Excellence environment, alongside domain experts and technical professionals, applying cutting-edge methods to unlock business value from data.Responsibilities:Lead and execute low-to-medium complexity analytics initiatives as a technical individual contributorDevelop and deploy statistical models, business simulations, and data-driven solutions to solve organizational challengesUtilize SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for advanced analysisDesign dashboards and visualizations in tools like Power BI to communicate insights clearly to stakeholdersApply machine learning and statistical techniques such as clustering, time series forecasting, and neural networksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business objectivesFollow Agile methodologies for sprint-based project execution and continuous deliveryGuide and mentor junior data scientists in the application of data science methodsContribute to the development of data governance, cloud architecture, and integration best practicesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field with 6–9 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 4–6 years of experience OR PhD with 1–3 years of relevant experience in business insights and data visualizationStrong proficiency in:SQL and Snowflake for data preparation and integrationPython, R, or SAS for statistical modeling and analyticsPower BI or similar tools for data visualizationAdvanced analytics techniques such as time series analysis, clustering, and neural networksExperience with cloud platforms and modern data architecturesFamiliarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab for version control and deploymentSolid understanding of data governance, IT operations, and solution integrationWillingness to work on-siteExcellent communication skills for presenting complex technical insights to business and technical stakeholdersAbility to mentor junior team members and contribute to a knowledge-sharing cultureCreative and critical thinking to develop innovative, scalable analytics solutionsReady to turn data into solutions that power real-world impact across the globe?
