The role involves processing product safety data and providing support to clients and internal teams. This is a customer-facing position, combining phone-based communication with project-related teamwork.Key responsibilitiesCollect, review, and process adverse event (AE/ADR) reports.Enter data into safety systems, perform coding, and prepare narratives.Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking product-related information.Collaborate with project teams and line managers to ensure data quality and compliance.Complete all required training and follow internal procedures.RequirementsMust have:Very good command of English (minimum C1 level).Educational background or experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences field.Strong communication skills and motivation to work in a client-facing role.Nice to have:Knowledge of German or French.Previous experience in pharmacovigilance or a clinical environment.
