Work with a global leader in genetic testing and precision medicine.Hybrid work style in Shinjuku, Tokyo with flexibility to work remotely.Opportunity to manage Salesforce data and collaborate with bilingual teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.Data Specialist – Salesforce Admin SupportAbout The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to support Salesforce administration and ensure data accuracy across our systems.This role is critical for maintaining provider and doctor records, managing portal access, and supporting ongoing enhancements to our Salesforce infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update provider/doctor records (~15,000–17,000 records).Perform Salesforce admin tasks, including adding/removing doctors from hospital lists and granting portal access.Handle partner requests and data corrections promptly.Assist with portal adjustments and change management initiatives.Collaborate with bilingual team members to ensure smooth operations.Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards.Use Excel and Salesforce for daily operations.Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or data analysis.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.Familiarity with change management workflows.Bilingual communication skills (Japanese & English preferred).Work EnvironmentHybrid work style based in Shinjuku, Tokyo.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on impactful projects in the healthcare technology space.Hybrid flexibility with a small, dynamic team.Exposure to global operations and cutting-edge Salesforce systems.
