If you enjoy working with data tools and MS Excel we’ve got the job for you!As Data Specialist, you will be the bridge between our product data sources and our customers, ensuring that the right information, imagery, and details reaches them. By safeguarding accuracy and completeness in our master data, you help create seamless experiences that build confidence, trust, and lasting connections with our brand.In This Role, You WillTake ownership of all master data management and data delivery -related tasks for European clientsIdentify and address potential data issues proactively, ensuring accuracy in data shared with our customerProvide expert consultation on complex master data topics related to material syndication informationBe responsible to identify, analyze, address and solve non-standard master data topicsIdentify needs and drive implementation of data related improvements across our systemsWhat You’ll DoResponsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of regional product mapping and data management & delivery processes based on the global framework including template creation across multiple channels and toolsBe the first point of contact for internal customers with regards to product data management & delivery and help prioritize market/customer requests in close collaboration with the global colleaguesResponsible for the data model releases and customer publications Administer tasks, create and maintain the business rules (triggers) and validations in the master data tools (SRC)Monitor master data quality, integrity and consistency across reports, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolution with relevant stakeholdersIdentify needs for Data Management reports and create conceptsBe responsible for the tracking of relevant Data Management KPIs to ensure the highest level of master data quality and consistencyManage 2nd Level support for data-related topics in our tools (SAP, Shuttle for Customer, STEP Stibo, SQL Server, Consumer Vista etc.)Train the organization (tools and processes) on standard way of workingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing or a related field with working experience in data managementExperience with product and customer data and information management tools (SRC, Akeneo, Syndigo - nice to have)Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office/Excel and SAP ERP/Vistex, preferably STEP Stibo is an advantageExperience with data models (for example GS1 or ETIM is an advantage)Experience with API (Channel Engine, Channable etc.) is an advantageFluent English, another European language is an advantagePrecise and conscientious; yet able to keep an eye on the big picture at the same timeWith a curious mind and highly motivatedAble to function in a dynamic international fastmoving environment.Experience with project management or coordination of cross-functional tasksStructural approach (LEAN) and execution mindsetExperience in managing stakeholders in an international environmentOur candidate profile is just a guide.
