Job Title: Data Technical Specialist DeveloperLocation: Poland - Remote (Occasional Visit to Warsaw Office)Duration: 6 Months - ExtendableEmployment Type: Contract B2BRoles & Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and support across teams with clarity, structure, and decisiveness.Drive continuous improvement across development processes and engineering workflows.Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and end-to-end workflows.Perform GAP analysis and translate user needs into actionable technical specifications.Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously, each with different stakeholders, technologies, and delivery timelines.Communicate complex technical and quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Lead the development, certification, and release of enhancements to the XVA calculation framework.Required QualificationsExperience5+ years of experience in:Capital Markets / CIB Markets projectsTrading Desk environments and Risk metricsStrong understanding of XVA (CVA, DVA, FVA preferred)Technical SkillsBig Data & Data Engineering: Spark, Scala, Databricks, Data Lake architectures, Cloud platformsDatabases & Orchestration: SQL, Oracle, Kafka, Airflow, Control-MProgramming: C++, Java, PythonHigh-Performance Computing: Distributed computing, parallel processingArchitecture: Interfaces, microservices, REST APIsDevelopment Tools & Frameworks:Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Jira, ConfluenceGitHub, Jenkins, SonarServiceNow, Starburst (or similar)Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder-management abilitiesProactive problem-solving and decision-makingAbility to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environmentsLanguagesEnglish: Professional proficiencySpanish: Nice to have
