Data Technology Consultant

If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems through data, this role is a great fit for you. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design data solutions that align with organizational objectivesDefine product goals, establish success metrics, and track progress to deliver measurable business valuePartner with technical teams, including Solution Architects and Data Engineers, to develop scalable and effective data solutionsLead client engagements and contribute to presales activities by showcasing expertise in data analytics and understanding client requirementsManage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with the roadmap and customer expectationsEvaluate data quality and availability, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement within data governance processesStay updated on industry trends in data analytics and apply this knowledge to improve solutions and strategiesSupport data integration and processing initiatives to ensure clean, actionable data for decision-makingEffectively communicate data insights and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams RequirementsAt least 8 years of experience in IT as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or a similar roleMinimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employeesExperience in at least 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product (or key product capability) to the marketStrong knowledge of data platforms and their applicationsProficiency in SQL and Python for coding and data analysisDemonstrated leadership and managerial experience in data-driven projectsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPDeep understanding of data architecture, data lifecycle, and designing data productsHands-on experience delivering data solutions, including data lakes, advanced analytics platforms, and reporting toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and present actionable insightsAbility to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver impactful data solutionsProven ability to manage and deliver data projects focused on business value and measurable outcomesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectivelyAdvanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders Nice to haveProject Management certificationExperience with data visualization tools and techniquesKnowledge of advanced data science and machine learning concepts We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
