Job DescriptionRole: Data Visualisation / Data sourcing and transformationRequired Technical Skill Set**: Data visualization, SQL, Tableau, Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, PythonMust-Have:• A proven track record with 3 years of relevant analytics work experience anddemonstrated career progression / increase in responsibilities• Deep understanding of the visualization concepts and advanced skills using Tableau• Experience in developing dashboards, storyboard prototypes with quick turnaroundtime• Understands the core concepts, processes on Data Manipulation and should be familiar with the tools such as Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx or Tableau Prep.• Good knowledge and skills in writing SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL codes• Good to have skills in Python and data science libraries• Experience in project management from business requirement definition, solutionvalidation, user testing, technical documentation and production roll out• Ability to manage multiple work streams with strong problem solving and analytical skills• Strong communication and presentation skills to varying levels of management• Highly driven and motivated with an eager-to-learn attitude and actively seek out ways to improve processes, people, and products Good presentation, time management, negotiation and influencing skills• Ability to influence without authorityResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including data architects, engineers, and businessheads, to understand existing data infrastructures and requirements for integration.• Gather and manage data from various sources required for DORA reporting, ensuringdata quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the automation process.• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for DORA template generation using appropriate tools and technologies, using automation platforms to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.• Develop automation workflows and output in the required format, as well as createvisualizations in Tableau to present the data effectively.• Complete testing, documentation, and launch communication, ensuring that an automated refresh mechanism has been set up for ongoing accuracy and reliaCbhialitty. • Perform data validation and optimize dashboard performance to ensure high-quality, efficient reporting and visualization.• Monitor the performance of the automated solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency, performing regular maintenance and updates to keep the automation processes aligned with changing regulations and business needs.• Ensure all automated processes comply with regulatory standards, data privacy, and security policies, implementing safeguards to protect sensitive data and maintain confidentiality. Document the automation processes, including workflows, data sources, and technical specifications, and provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to use and maintain the automated DORA templates
