We’re Hiring! – Data Center Infrastructure Technician / Engineer📍 Location: Lisbon (on-site twice per month)🗓 Start date: 07/12/2025⏳ Duration: 12 months (with visibility up to 24 months)Freelance contract - full timeWe are looking for a Data Center Infrastructure Technician / Engineer to join our growing team in the Lisbon area!🔧 Your mission:You’ll play a key role in managing and supporting Data Center infrastructure projects and operations, including:- Designing, planning, and executing infrastructure projects (new rooms, Racks/PODs, HVAC, UPS, etc.)- Validating and coordinating engineering projects- Managing and controlling budgets- Collecting and analyzing data for economic evaluations- Overseeing the installation and maintenance of servers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure- Maintaining asset inventories and documentation- Coordinating with internal teams and customers (onsite and remote)🧠 What we’re looking for:MUST HAVE:- 3+ years of experience in Data Center implementation and/or operations- Basic Networking knowledge- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word)- Basic OS knowledge (Linux, Unix, Windows Server)- Proficiency in English and PortugueseNICE TO HAVE:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or related fields- Experience in project management and continuous improvement tools- Knowledge of environmental protection measures- Proficiency in AutoCAD- Additional languages are a plus👉 If you are an infrastructure professional passionate about Data Centers, large-scale transformation projects, and global collaboration, feel free to contact me directly via LinkedIn.⚠️ Please note: Only consultants legally eligible to work in the European Union (EU) can be considered for this position.
