By only bringing on highly skilled talent and using our contacts in the industry we are able to help lower your data center costs and still provide superior technology while delivering better overall service for our customers.🔧 What You’ll Do:Maintain and monitor datacenter infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, power, cooling).Perform hardware installations, upgrades, patching, cabling, and decommissioning.Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues to ensure uptime.Support migrations, new service rollouts, and redundancy models.Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.Keep documentation up to date (rack layouts, cabling maps, configurations, inventories).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.🎯 What We’re Looking For:Required• Proven experience in data center operations and infrastructure management (2+ years preferred).• Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware, networking, and operating systems.• Hands-on experience with server hardware (Dell, HPE, etc.) and familiarity with common OS environments.• Cabling and cable-management expertise, including installation, labeling, and structured cabling standards.• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals — Top of Rack switches, Routers, OOB management, etc.• Proficiency in providing technical support for data center systems and hardware.• Excellent problem-solving skills and clear, effective communication.• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field — or equivalent professional experience.Preferred• Familiarity with virtualization platforms • Scripting and automation skills • Experience with monitoring and DCIM tools • Strong understanding of data center power, cooling, environmental systems, and cabling standards.• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Server+, or VMware VCP.• Experience working with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS).• Experience using ticketing and workflow systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Slack).💼 What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience & certificationsWork with advanced technologies in a high-availability environmentProfessional development & certification supportA collaborative culture focused on reliability, innovation, and teamwork📨 How to Apply:Ready to join us?Send your CV/Resume to hr@cloudbrothers.net or via Esay Apply.Please include “Datacenter Technician – Glomfjord” in the subject line.Feel free to contact Project Coordinator via mobile: +4746360615 or email: umairs@cloudbrothers.net for more questions regarding the job.Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
