Application Deadline: August 5, 2025About the RoleDaughters of Charity Child and Family Service (DoCCFS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead the Early Childhood Development Centre (ECDC) in Dublin 1. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and families from diverse backgrounds. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations of a high-quality early childhood service.
Oversee the delivery of early education in line with Aistear, Siolta, and HighScope (preferred). Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of early years educators. Ensure effective partnership with families and external agencies. Monitor and evaluate service outcomes using appropriate tools and frameworks. RequirementsDegree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience managing a quality Early Years setting. In-depth knowledge of Aistear and Siolta; HighScope experience is a plus. Experience working with children and families from marginalised or diverse backgrounds. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and administrative skills. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems (desirable).
