Key ResponsibilitiesProviding administration support across all teams within the Guernsey officeAssist within the compliance areaAssisting in the preparation and distribution of board packsAssisting in the drafting of MinutesArranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etcPosting and reconciliation of daily bankingAssisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisationCollection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmesEnsuring all correspondence is stored electronicallyProviding cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as requiredSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseGCSE or levelGood IT skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Office Suite
