Role Description: This is a full-time job role for a Business Development Officer, located in Kuwait City with some work-onsite . The Business Development Officer will identify new business opportunities, analyze market data, and develop strategies for business growth.
Responsibilities include building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with finance, marketing, and product teams. Effective communication and customer service will be crucial for success in this role. We are seeking a motivated business development coordinator to assist in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duties.
To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to customers regularly. Key Responsibilties: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads in both the private and public sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, training centers, and educational partners. Present Dawrat’s services and solutions to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, production) to tailor training offerings to client needs. Lead contract negotiations and ensure client onboarding is smooth and successful.
Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic planning. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the Dawrat brand. Meet monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets. Provide regular reports and insights on business development performance and opportunities.
