We’re now seeking a Sales Director to lead our national Sales function and join the DB Executive Team. This is a pivotal commercial leadership role with full ownership of our sales strategy and performance, across revenue, margin, market share, and customer execution.
It’s a chance to set the direction, build momentum, and drive the next phase of DB’s growth. What you’ll do Lead a national sales organisation (7 direct and 88 indirect reports) across grocery, retail, on-premise, and emerging channels. Shape and embed a bold, customer-led sales strategy aligned to DB’s growth ambitions. Own and deliver a compelling category vision for beer to reignite category growth. Drive Revenue Growth Management capability, including product mix, pricing, and promotional investment. Build trusted partnerships with key customers and lead joint business planning.
Elevate performance through clear coaching, accountability, and a sense of urgency. Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver value across the full value chain. Represent Sales at Executive level and contribute to enterprise-wide strategy. Work closely with the Heineken APAC leadership team to ensure alignment across local, regional, and global priorities. What you’ll bringSenior sales leadership experience in a complex, matrixed FMCG environment. Strength across key account management, field execution, and customer strategy. A deep understanding of commercial and revenue management, with TPM or TPO experience ideal. Confidence and credibility operating with Executive and global stakeholders.
A proven ability to build high-performing teams and a clear internal succession plan. A visible, hands-on leadership style that inspires and drives performance.
