CREDIT INVESTMENT MANAGER TO DBT CAPITALDBT was founded with the ambition to empower Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs by offering them the financing they need to grow. Leveraging our proprietary digital platform for lending and analysis, we challenge the traditional financing market, offering an alternative or complement to institutional banks and factoring companies. We are now seeking a business-oriented and self-motivated Credit Investment Manager with the drive to elevate DBT to new heights.

Join us in our mission to provide SMEs with the financing they deserve!About The RoleAs a Credit Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, assessing, and executing credit investment opportunities. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with growing businesses and scale-ups, ensuring their financing needs are met through tailored credit investment solutions. In this role, you will lead and mentor credit investment analysts within your funding team, promoting collaboration and driving initiatives to achieve business growth objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesDeal sourcing:

Proactively source and evaluate potential credit investments, focusing on businesses with high growth potential and strong financial fundamentals, in line with DBT’s target investment profile Pipeline management: Ensuring that no business opportunities are lost and that all potential deals are handled in a structured and methodical manner. Effective pipeline management requires structure, planning, and implementation of specific activities for each step in the sales process. Market research & analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, growing sectors, and competitive landscapes, helping to identify attractive investment prospects. Relationship management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business founders and executives, providing expert advice and financing solutions to support their growth. Oversee deal structuring & investment evaluation: Work closely with Credit Investment Analysts in your funding team to negotiate with new business clients, structuring deals that support their growth objectives while ensuring risk mitigation and a strong return on investment for the company. Portfolio management: Support the ongoing monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including analyzing financial performance, identifying value creation opportunities, and monitoring market trends.

You are a curious self-starter with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset. As an individual, you possess a commercial and structured mindset, coupled with unwavering commitment and drive. RequirementsMinimum a bachelor’s degree (Masters degree is a plus) preferably in one of the following areas: Finance, Economics or Engineering.

At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Audit, Consulting, Venture Capital or any other relevant field. More entrepreneurial backgrounds where you have raised funding in any form is also considered. Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing deals is essential. A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Exceptional financial analysis and due diligence skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building relationships with new clients.

Excellent command of both Swedish and English in all forms of communication. A strong, well-established network within the financial sector is required.
