Job Title: Resort Manager – Luxury Hotel Location: Anguilla, CaribbeanEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-SiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Resort Manager to oversee all operational aspects of a prestigious luxury property in Anguilla. This individual will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and lead a diverse team with a focus on service, quality, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing luxury hotels or resorts, with Caribbean or island experience highly advantageous due to the unique operational and cultural environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability targets are met. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and service. Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to develop marketing, revenue, and operational initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain relationships with local vendors, partners, and authorities to ensure smooth operations. QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort management (Caribbean experience strongly preferred). Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
Proven ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a world-class service culture. Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: USD $9,500 – $10,500 per month (commensurate with experience).
