Grocery ManagerLocation: Grand CaymanSalary Range: USD $74,000 – $90,000 per annumRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Grocery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our grocery department in Grand Cayman. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience from North American grocery retail, with a strong focus on operational excellence, team management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of grocery department operations, including merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and scheduling. Ensure optimal product assortment, stock levels, and presentation in line with company standards.

Lead, train, and motivate the grocery team to achieve sales, margin, and customer service targets. Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with senior management to develop promotional strategies and seasonal plans. Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in grocery retail management, preferably in the USA or Canada. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets. Solid understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and category planning. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Compensation & BenefitsSalary:

USD $74,000 – $90,000 per annum. Vacation: 15 days annually. Relocation Support: Flight from nearest international airport to Grand Cayman + $2,000 relocation allowance. Transportation: Company car provided for the first 30 days. Employee Discount: 10% in-store discount. Bonus: Twice-annual bonus payouts (up to 12% of annual salary), eligibility after 6 months of employment.
