Job Title: Chef de Cuisine – Beach RestaurantsLocation: Saint Lucia We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary operations of our beach restaurants. These venues operate at high volume during peak season and are supported by a stable, highly skilled, and consistent team. Everything is prepared from scratch—including fresh pasta—and the restaurants are anchored by two popular weekly theme nights - both of which are strong revenue drivers throughout the year. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader who can inspire and elevate an already well-established team.
