It provides a range of diversified financial products and services to Corporation customers, Financial Institutions in EU and China.Responsible:The DCM Manager is responsible for the origination of debt capital market transactions. The role focuses on establishing and cultivating strong relationships with issuers, including financial institutions, government agencies, and corporate clients. The primary objective is to provide clients with strategic advice and tailored financing solutions through the primary bond market, managing the entire deal lifecycle from mandate pitching to successful issuance.Major duties and responsibilities:• Originate DCM mandates by identifying, marketing to, and building long-term relationships with potential and existing debt issuers.• Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including coordinating due diligence, preparing documentation (e.g., term sheets, prospectuses), and liaising with all external parties such as lawyers, rating agencies, and regulators.• Provide issuers with expert advice on market conditions, optimal funding strategies, deal structuring, timing, and pricing.• Prepare high-quality pitch books, financial models, and marketing materials for client presentations and internal credit/risk approval processes.• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including risk, compliance, legal, and sales teams, to ensure seamless and compliant transaction execution.• Monitor global and local debt capital markets, analyzing trends and new issuances to identify opportunities and provide insightful updates to clients and senior management.• Conduct thorough due diligence and ensure all issuer onboarding processes are compliant with relevant KYC/KYT and regulatory requirements.In addition to these duties the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the company's business.In their role, they may also be required to perform tasks for or receive working assignments from China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., Luxembourg Branch (or any other group company), based on the service level agreement(s) signed between the entities.What we offer:A contract within our European headquarters.A competitive fixed annual wage, and a very attractive performance-related bonus rewarding both individual and company achievements.Comprehensive medical coverage beyond statutory benefits, contributing to your well-being.Supplemental pension plan – a voluntary second‑pillar pension scheme funded by the employer (and optionally by the employee).Other supplementary benefits, such as meal vouchers, sports allowance, access to a professional in-house gym, and occasional festive allowances throughout the yearOpportunities to grow: Annually structured review of employee levels, with promotion and salary adjustments based on performance and contribution.Variety of Responsibility: this role will offer a dynamic working environment, and the opportunity to get involved in a wide scope of topics.Highly respectful, supportive, professional working environment.On-going opportunities for training, development and progression.
