Job Description

La Table du Château is seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all food and beverage activities, including our fine-dining restaurant operations and the F&B service for events hosted on-site. This role will ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency and smooth collaboration between the restaurant team and events team. ResponsibilitiesOversee daily F&B operations for both the restaurant daily operations and requests for events. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service excellence, smooth shifts and guest satisfaction.

Plan, organise and supervise F&B service for events in collaboration with the events team. Manage staff schedules, on-the-job training and performance reviews for the F&B team. Monitor quality, presentation and consistency of all F&B offerings. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and service standards. Assist in budgeting, cost control and supplier coordination for F&B operations. RequirementsProven experience in F&B management, preferably in both restaurant and events settings. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Passion for delivering high-quality dining and event experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and event schedules.
