As a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at DDN, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to meet our growing needs in China. You will partner closely hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of the talent landscape will be essential in finding the best talent for DDN China. This is contract role. Key Responsibilities:

Source, attract, and recruit top Engineering & non-Engineering (GTM) talent across the ChinaDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies Manage full-cycle recruitment process Build and maintain a strong talent pipelineCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluate candidatesUtilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct initial screenings and coordinate interviewsNegotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes. Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders to inform recruitment strategies. Requirements: Must speak Chinese and English.

Proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically for engineering roles in ChinaIn-depth understanding of the China job market and regional hiring practicesExcellent knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and articulate complex technical requirementsPreferred Qualifications: Experience in the data storage, AI, or HPC industriesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field5 years of recruiting experience in the technology sector. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
