Job Description

[Key Responsibilities]- Support BMS/EPMS engineering activities for both basic and detailed design stages- Perform AutoCAD drawing updates based on site coordination requirements- Conduct material/system compliance review for internal and external components- Provide technical support to the Direct Execution Team during project execution- Prepare and respond to technical clarifications (RFI) and project documentation- Participate in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required [Requirements]- Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS/EPMS design or related MEP/Building Automation design fields- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD(Required)- Good understanding of BMS/EPMS control logic and network topology (advantage)- Strong coordination and communication skills with site stakeholders- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and drawing updates [Preferred Qualifications]- Experience in large-scale projects such as data centres, hotels, industrial plants, or commercial buildings- Experience in material compliance review and site technical coordination  Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
