Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative ExcellenceExecute all dealer-related administrative tasks promptly and accurately.Maintain up-to-date dealer records, agreements, and compliance documentation.Support onboarding processes for new dealers and ensure adherence to BYD standards.Data Management & ReportingCollect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (sales, inventory, service performance).Prepare dashboards, charts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve dealer performance.Stakeholder CoordinationServe as the primary liaison between BYD departments (sales, marketing, finance, after-sales) and dealer partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and investors to ensure smooth operations.Facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and efficiency.Industry & Product KnowledgeMaintain a strong understanding of dealer network structures and best practices.Stay informed about BYD’s NEV product portfolio and industry developments to provide accurate information and guidance.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field.Experience:Minimum 3 years in dealer network administration or automotive operations.Familiarity with NEV market trends and technologies.Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Experience with CRM or dealer management systems is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
