After more than 20 years of development, Chery’s sales and services network covers more than 80 countries and regions and has won the trust of 10 million consumers worldwide.ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily dealer network operations and coordinate with relevant internal teamsFollow up on the implementation of showroom standards at dealer locations and support improvement actions when necessaryCoordinate the preparation, production, and delivery of corporate identity (CI) showroom materialsCollect dealer performance data and prepare regular performance reportsSupport dealer satisfaction surveys and feedback processesAssist in the organization of sales and product training programs for the dealer networkSupport operational coordination during new dealer opening processesMaintain and update dealer network documentation, data tracking, and reporting recordsEnsure effective communication and coordination between dealers and relevant departmentsAnalyze monthly dealer sales/quality performance and tracking of dealer KPI systemCalculate dealer premium / bonuses based on monthly resultsClosely monitor the entire dealer bonus / budget / invoicing processQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within an automotive brand (OEM), in dealer network operations or related areasBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in MS Office applicationsFluent in English written and spokenStrong analytical and reporting skillsStrong communication and coordination skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
