Leasing Decision Unit handles leasing applications in a timely and professional manner and brings lease matters and customer experience to the next level.What You Will Do: Prepare decision materials and conduct professional analysis of credit memos, including evaluation of customers and exposure strengths and weaknesses, to support lending decisions in alignment with the credit strategyEvaluate Customer’s (private individuals) financial figuresMake decisions according to Power to ActDefend decisions made at higher level decision-making authority; Perform analysis of decisions upon credit risk request and valid proceduresReview, monitor & provide feedback regarding prepared credit proposal/memos and all attached materialsEnsure excellent customer service and that customers are served in accordance with policies (KYC, AML, data security and compliance etc.)Support and provide advice (including activities in working groups) for sales units in complex credit casesPropose improvements of processes/products creating value for both the customer and the bankEnsure data quality and insert data into Banking systems accordingly to existing quality standards, processes and proceduresOrganize daily work and activities, proactively plan and execute of tasks in accordance with current requirements, timelines, budget and Luminor valuesWhat We Expect: Prior 1-2 years of experience in credit risk / customer crediting field3-5 years preferred experience at financial sectorGood knowledge of credit processes and crediting principals as well as knowing banking products, services and programsCustomer service skills and ability to collaboration well within different teamsStrong analytical skills (customer financial and operational analysis)Ability to learn quickly and be proactiveTime management and problem-solving skills in line with ability to collaborate wellAbility to gather, systemize and present informationDecision-making skillsEducational background in Finance, economics or any related fieldFluent Lithuanian and English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic levelWhat We Offer: Flexibility.
