As a Production Quality Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards - from component sourcing and supplier collaboration to final assembly and production quality.

Working on-site with a cross-functional team, you’ll drive quality excellence across our supply chain, coordinate with global manufacturing partners and lead initiatives that prevent defects before they reach our users. We’re looking for a hands-on quality expert with a strong technical background, deep understanding of electronics and mechanical components and the confidence to work independently across suppliers, engineering, and production teams.

Your Key Responsibilities🧩Quality assurance in sourcing/procurement• Maintain and improve quality assurance standards and procedures across internal processes and supplier networks• Oversee BOM optimization from a quality perspective; bridge communication and collaboration between R&D and Procurement teams to evaluate and source alternative components when necessary• Support Procurement with technical input (mechanical & electronic components) and contribute to sourcing decisions based on quality and compliance requirements• Coordinate new manufacturing setups, including customized parts such as molded plastics or bespoke cables, often across international vendors (e. g.

, in Asia)🧩Quality assurance in production• Provide quality assurance oversight for the full assembly/manufacturing lifecycle, including inspection, testing and defect prevention• Act as the key quality interface for external production partners, addressing queries and driving process excellence• Implement and monitor incoming (components/raw materials) and outgoing (finished goods) quality control protocols• Investigate product and process issues, lead root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented across all stakeholders• Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking For• Experience in quality assurance, procurement or supply chain within consumer electronics, EMS, or high-precision manufacturing• Strong technical understanding of electronic and/or mechanical components• Solid knowledge of BOM structures and component quality management• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder management experience• Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced production ecosystem• Bonus:
