We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Information Architect to work with the customer and channels area.A Few Words About The JobThe Information Architect designs and manages the information structure and flow of the data that is consumed and produced in customer and channel area. You will collaborate with fellow information architects, data officers, subject matter experts, and data solution development roles to design the needed information logic for OP Pohjola’s level use cases. This ensures that data is effectively organized, documented, governed, accessible, and secure to support business objectives and regulatory compliance. Keep reading!Key responsibilitiesDevelop and govern information architecture and ensure it is properly interconnected and aligned to OP Pohjola’s information and data landscapeParticipate with your peers in developing shared practices, principles and standards within your responsibility areaEnsure that policies and frameworks are implemented to support BCBS 239, GDPR and other relevant regulatory standardsEngage with business units to ensure efficient and aligned production and usage of informationEngage and drive towards common business information models and common data definitions Contribute to target data architecture from an information architecture perspectiveTranslate business requirements into information logicParticipate in developing OP Pohjola’s metadata management landscape, lineage and data catalog What we expect from you?Here’s a summary of the skills we’re looking for in this role, as well as the key responsibilities and areas you will be working withQualificationsSeveral years´ experience from data and information architectureProven experience (3+ years) in leveraging and analyzing digital channel data to drive insights.Hands-on experience developing data solutions, integrations, data models, lineage visibility, and metadata with business and developer teamsExperience with business process modeling in relation to data flowsTechnical SkillsCompetence in architectural patterns and modelingProficiency in data modeling tools and database management systemsAt least few years’ experience of data solutions in cloud platforms (Azure)Experience of data warehousing, data products or data mesh type of developmentKnowledge of at least one metadata management toolWe value experienceParticipating large scale development initiativesFinancial sector experienceWith regulation within the financial industry, e.g. BCBS 239Strong communication and collaboration abilities with multiple stakeholders, partners and external vendorsWith data quality controls set-up as a part of information architectureWorking with master and reference data managementExperience with data mesh architectureWhat We Offer To YouWe offer a stable working environment where you can contribute to our core values responsibility, people first and succeeding together.
