Join the team and co-create digital products for the world’s top-tier brands.Intellias is looking for a Defect Coordinator to join our automotive software delivery team for a long-term project for a major automotive OEM. Project will be focused on development of Connectivity components in Android Platform which will include development HAL and service layer components.The role involves handling defect ticket management processes across multiple engineering teams and ensuring high-quality defect handling.Responsibilities: Defect tickets pre-analysis, categorization and assigning to appropriate team/engineerMonitoring of all open defects in the relevant branchesClose cooperation with the development team and other defect managersSync of the project ticket trackers with team backlogReport status of defect ticketsRequirements:Must have:Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teamsHigh resilience and ability to work under time pressureStructured approach and strong attention to detailGood understanding of defect handling processes and workflowsExperience working with defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, ALM Octane)Ability to analyze system logs and identify defect patternsAbility to detect duplicate defects and ensure data consistencyExperience with reporting and KPI trackingEnglish: Upper-Intermediate level or higherGerman: IntermediateNice to have:Prior experience and a valid license for ALM Octane tracking toolExperience in automotive or embedded software projectsAbility to reproduce defects on test benchesFamiliarity with CI/CD workflowsExperience with Jira dashboard configurationBasic understanding of debugging and system investigation methodsPerks and Benefits:Flexible work scheduleFixed financial bonus issued upfront on a quarterly basis, covering the average market price of private medical care and sport card - B2B contractPresent on the occasion of birthday, wedding, child birthE-learning accounts for Coursera, O'Relly, UdemyCorporate language school
