▸ Company : One of the top Crypto firms in the world is rapidly expanding their Defi strategies. They are currently Top 3 on major crypto exchanges and are seeking a qualified Defi Trader to scale their position.▸ Core Requirements:Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and on-chain data analysisExperience with MEV strategies, gas optimization, and cross-chain arbitrageStrong quantitative background with risk management and portfolio optimization skills3+ years quantitative trading experience with track record of profitable implementation▸ Expected First Year Compensation : $600,000 - $1,200,000
