Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our high-energy team. In this role, you’ll be the main contact for clients. You will shape strategy, grow channel reach, and enhance digital projects. This will boost ROI and raise brand awareness.

Join a fast-growing agency that focuses on great results and lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Expand digital strategies to triple the number of channels clients use. This will lead to faster revenue growth. Design and install high-impact digital strategies to enhance client performance across various platforms. Share tips on SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing as a whole. Use data to inform smart and effective decisions. Check how the web, app, and channels are performing. Use a mix of tools, like our in-house reporting solutions.

Team up with our advertising group. This way, we can sync on performance and keep clients happy. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and AI tech. This way, you can offer clients new and creative strategies. Expected Skills and Experience: Relevant Experience: Worked as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar role. Practical knowledge of SEO/SEM. Experience with CRM platforms. Skilled in social media marketing. Familiar with project management tools. Multi-Channel Expertise: Excel in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Have hands-on experience with campaigns for both web and mobile. Technical Skills:

Know how to use tracking and optimization tools like GTM, GA4, Facebook Pixel, and the Conversion API. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with effective copywriting skills. Analytical Abilities: Use data to solve problems. Think strategically for better insights. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Work Hours and Benefits: Full-Time, On-Site: ±9: 00 AM – 6: 00 PM, Monday to Friday.
