Your key responsibilities: Preparation and drafting of employment contracts and other documents related to the employment relationship. Registration and de-registration of employees with the relevant institutions. Timely management and maintenance of employee personnel records. Complete calculation of salaries, benefits, and deductions by applicable regulations.
Verification and entry of data related to payments according to legal and internal regulations. Preparation of decisions, resolutions, and other reports related to the rights and obligations of employees. Providing advisory support to clients on matters of payroll and income tax. Continuous monitoring of legal provisions and regulations. Archiving and organization of business documentation. You are an ideal candidate if: You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll calculation. You see laws and regulations not as an obstacle, but as a challenge you know well. Excel is your best friend, and you never miss the details.
You speak and write English fluently. You are a proactive person who likes to solve problems and take initiative.
