•Develop and implement impactful sales strategies tailored to customer expectations and playing into the company’s strengths•Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and boost customer retention•Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers•Provide accurate, timely, and insightful reportsWhat we expect:

•4+ years of proven success in direct B2B sales within the transport sector•You’ve landed big accounts and led successful implementations—your track record speaks for itself•Analytical, data-driven and resourceful—you turn potential problems into smooth solutions•Proficient in Excel and skilled with CRMs like Pipedrive or Salesforce•You speak native-level Estonian and fluent English; Russian is a strong plusWhat’s in it for you:
