Regulatory Oversight Officer – Alternative Investment Fund ManagerAnderson Wise is delighted to partner with a Luxembourg-based AIFM. We are looking for a motivated Regulatory Oversight Officer to support the development and maintenance of an effective oversight framework within a growing AIFM in Luxembourg. This position offers great exposure to senior management and the opportunity to contribute to key governance and compliance initiatives.You will assist in monitoring delegated functions, follow up on regulatory developments, and help strengthen the AIFM’s control environment. This is an ideal next step for a detail-oriented professional eager to broaden their regulatory and operational expertise in an international setting.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring and overseeing third-party delegates and key service providers (portfolio managers, administrators, transfer agents, placement agents).Conduct initial and periodic due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.Review KPIs, SLAs, and reports from delegates to verify compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.Support the preparation of oversight and regulatory reports for Conducting Officers, the Executive Committee, and the Board.Contribute to identifying and following up on operational or regulatory issues, escalating when necessary.Participate in maintaining and improving the AIFM’s oversight and control framework.Support efficiency initiatives through technology- and data-driven solutions.Contribute to regulatory change or compliance enhancement projects as part of a collaborative team.Your Profile3–4 years of experience in asset management, fund administration in Luxembourg.University degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.Good understanding of AIFMD, Luxembourg AIFM Law, and the CSSF regulatory environment.Experience in due diligence, monitoring processes, or regulatory reporting.Strong analytical and organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach.Curious mindset with an interest in technology and process improvement.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Fluency in English is mandatory.This position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to build expertise in regulatory oversight and develop within a growing AIFM.
