The Deli Clerk is responsible for assisting customers at various areas of our Deli. This includes the following:Following all food safety sanitation proceduresPreparing food for the hot bar and warmerOperating the rotisserie chicken ovenOperating the smoker to prepare ribs, chicken, and boston buttsOperating the stove, grill, dishwasher, and fryersPreparing party trays and special ordersAssisting customers at the sandwich barSlicing deli meatsSlicing deli meats for grab and goPreparing salads and sandwiches for grab and goPricing and working the scaleCleaning the departmentBreaking down trucksOrganizing the coolerSample productsLittle Giant Farmer's Market was founded in Riverdale, GA, in 1984 with a focus on fresh produce. The store expanded into a full-service supermarket and has been growing ever since. Little Giant is in the process of being updated with a rebrand, store remodels, new products, and a new pricing structure-to name a few. There are several opportunities for advancement within the company as we grow and expand Little Giant and a new banner: FreshTake.
