Deliveries OfficerSeniority: ExperiencedMission starting date: ImmediatelyDuration: 1 YearLocation: Lisbon Job Description:As part of DEC business line (Derivatives Execution & Clearing), the Deliveries account manager must handle back-office activities on his scope:DeliveriesClearing Houses vs Back Office Reconciliations check (margins, payments, positions);Ensure reports and invoices sent to clients are reliable;Be the 1st point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) with regards the delivery process;Ensure that all clients related issues, queries and request are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner;Monitoring the different types of delivery products;Support client through all the delivery process;Ensure all delivery payments are executed correctly;Maintenance of the accountancy balance (CCP vs client cash flows);Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the activity;Perform the necessary Close Outs;Participate in projects to drive the business forward to deliver internal or market system releases (Market releases, BO tools enhancements…);Communication management (email, phone, …). Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Monitoring the different types of delivery products; Clearing Houses vs Back Office Reconciliations check (margins, payments, positions); Be the 1st point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) with regards the delivery process; Interact with all needed internal and/or external entities in order to get additional information for unidentified entries; and maintain Communication Channels with internal business teams;" Escalate unresolved open items to the Team Leader; understand the risks inherent to the daily activity and the existing Control Framework to mitigate the risks identified and take corrective measures/actions along with the Team Leader; Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting and Business ManagementFinancial Markets - Notions Microsoft Office – Expert Language Skills:English - Expert Soft Skills:Teamwork Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting and Business Management Attention to detail/rigor Additional Information: Schedule: 10am till 7pm First 6 months 100% office, after that 50% office 50% home office.
